About this coffee

The coffee beans are harvested by hand. To optimize their processes and processing facilities, experts in the coffee industry have been engaged to construct new and regulated coffee drying rooms for natural processing. This exceptional lot was created using this preparation method.

The Farm

Brothers Hernan and Eugenio Prieto Soto are the owners of Villa Clabalina farm in Los Monos, Ciudad Bolivar, Colombia, which consists of 22.1 hectares and 105,000 coffee trees that produce Caturra and Varietyad Colombia varieties. As part of the Coffee Growers Association, a collective of farmers dedicated to producing high quality coffee at fair prices and maintaining economic, social and environmental sustainability. The Prieto Soto brothers are continuing the legacy of the Antioqueña family, who have been cultivating the land of southwest Antioquia for generations. Sustainability is the number one goal of Villa Clabelina, and they strive to guarantee a product of superior quality while preserving the environment.
