Wild, super complex, bold body
This coffee is a blend of different varieties but mainly the local Sigararutang variety which can also be found in the name of our coffee. The cherries are fermented in reinforced plastic bags for 3 days. Then very slowly and gently pre dried on African drying beds and dried on the patio (concrete floor) to the optimal moisture content of the beans. Frinsa Estate is located in West Java locally also called “Sunda” – hence the naming of our Indonesian. The farm is around 110 hectares and is between 1300 and 1600 meters above sea level.
A completely wild and extraordinary coffee with super complexity and a lot of hyper funk!
