Drawn from the portafilter we taste notes of blueberry, marzipan, almond, toffee and milk chocolate in the finish at a ratio of 1:2 (18gr coffee / 36gr espresso in 30-35sec). A very full-bodied espresso with a pleasant texture, very suitable for milk-based drinks (cappuccino, etc.), but also very tasty as a pure espresso. Extremely sweet!

Reason enough to make our first espresso blend very special. It is a blend from the countries of origin Guatemala & Honduras. The driving force behind this complex and extremely sweet blend is the 30% Honduran blend, which gives this medium dark roasted coffee a particularly interesting almond and amaretto aftertaste.
