No wind in the sail – no caffeine in the cup: The FLAUTE is our decaffeinated espresso for those of you who are looking for a DECAF espresso without wanting to give up a full bodied and delicious taste in the cup.

The caffeine from this natural processed coffee from Columbia is extracted using the so called “sugar cane” process. We deliberately chose this decaffeination process because it is particularly gentle compared to other common methods and because the characteristic properties of the coffee are better preserved.

The FLAUTE tastes like sweet vanilla cheesecake with a wonderfully tangy redcurrant note.
