Optimum extraction, less bitterness in your coffee and a balanced pH and kH ratio: this is the effect of THIRD WAVE WATER.

The medium roast profile is ideal for medium-roasted coffees. It is recommended for conventional drip coffee machines or all manual brewing methods (AeroPress, Chemex, V60, etc.) and ensures less bitterness and a better aroma in your favourite medium-roast coffee.

Together with the Espresso Machine Profile and the Classic Light Roast Profile, the Medium Roast Profile complies with the guidelines of the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) for improved coffee flavour.

Ingredients: calcium citrate, magnesium sulphate, potassium bicarbonate

Simply add one stick to 2 litres of distilled or RO (reverse osmosis) water, shake and brew your favourite coffee. Your coffee has never tasted so good!
