In addition to our experiment (No.1) and the popular “Brise”, both filter roasts, we offer you a third lot from Carlos Montero and his farm in Tarrazú: a natural anaerobic processed Catuai. This type of preparation always results in particularly fruity and intense coffees.

Next to our Süllberg (Guatemala), La Pastora is by far our darkest roasted single origin espresso. It impresses with its sweetness, its bold body and its very harmoniously integrated acidity.
