About this coffee

This unique Geisha coffee originates from Wilford Lamastus' award-winning Lamastus Elida Estate Farm in Boquete, which is a multiple Best of Panama winner. After the coffee cherries are harvested, they go through fermentation for seven days in tanks with their pulp still attached. Then, they are dried on open air beds for almost five weeks. We selected the lot from numerous samples when we visited the farm in March 2022, which comes from one of the three parts of the farm, Elida. This grows at an altitude of 1820 meters in the breathtaking Baru Volcano National Park with ideal microclimatic conditions. Notably, an Elida Geisha Natural ASD by Wilford Lamastus achieved a record-breaking score of 95.25 points at the Best of Panama 2019.
